Richard set up Ridgemoor in 2006 with a remit of providing specialist Corporate and Development consultancy and advice.
Previous Corporate roles have been with Alexon and with MFI the latter as Consultant Property Director in conjunction with the Private Equity owners.
Richard's many experiences have included working through past boom and recession and with Private Equity, busines sale and and IPO. Richard has a strong track record of delivery of major projects and providing efficient and effective portfolio asset management. He is an excellent communicator and project manager and comfortable working at the most senior level. He has a strong reputation within the property industry with an extensive network of contacts and relationships.

Managing Director Richard Nixon MRICS is a Chartered Surveyor with over 35 years commercial property experience. A background that includes both Public Sector and Corporate Retail with experience at McDonalds and Halfords where he was the Head of Property for many years.
